Idealized and curated by Osgemeos & Ise, the Wholetrain Project happened before in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre, Recife, João Pessoa, Natal, Vitória, São Luis and Maceió. The sociocultural project started on April 28th and took place in the cities of Fortaleza, Sobral and Juazeiro do Norte. 13 artists from Brazil, United States of America and Germany worked painting murals on Metrofor trains. The painting of the trains stimulates the relationship between the public and the trains, with an artistic language that communicates with the streets and the city. The paintings also contributes to the valorization and preservation of the public patrimony bringing culture for the people.
